Blaise Moritz is the authour of two poetry collections, Zeppelin (Nightwood Editions, 2013) and Crown and Ribs (Fitzhenry and Whiteside, 2007). Born in Milwaukee, Blaise grew up in Toronto. He studied printmaking and creative writing at Northwestern University, where he also produced spoken word programming for student community radio. After graduate studies in art at the University of Wisconsin Madison, he returned to Canada. He has published widely in literary journals and created art for several poetry book covers.
